Coronavirus - tax related help to business
The government has announced a huge raft of measures in an unprecedented attempt to support the economy in the face of the devastation caused by Covid-19.

Tax-specific measures to date focus on:
deferring dues dates for payment of VAT by three months,
the July payment on account for self-assessment Income Tax liabilities for the self-employed will be deferred until January 31 2021,
a business rates holiday for retail, hospitality and leisure businesses in England for the 2020 to 2021 tax year, and
HMRC’s Time To Pay service will offer tailored support re outstanding tax liabilities to businesses and self-employed people in financial distress, to be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
